Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Withdrawal Period: The time frame during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

Consumer: A natural person not acting in a professional or business capacity who enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.

Continuous Contract: A distance agreement involving the regular delivery of products or services.

Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel a distance agreement within a specified period.

Entrepreneur: A natural or legal person who offers products or services remotely (i.e., online or via other distance methods).

Distance Contract: An agreement entered into using remote communication methods.

CESOP: The Central Electronic System of Payment Information established by the European Union.

Article 3 – Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made and every distance contract entered into by the entrepreneur. Customers will receive a copy of these terms either electronically or via another durable medium prior to finalizing any contract.
Article 4 – Offer
All offers are non-binding and subject to change.
Each offer will clearly state all associated costs, including shipping, customs duties, and any additional charges.
Article 5 – Agreement
An agreement is formed when the consumer accepts the offer and meets all stated conditions. Confirmation of the agreement will be sent via email.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided the item is undamaged and returned in its original condition.
Article 8 – Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and VAT
8.1 All products are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. The customer is responsible for all import-related costs.
8.2 The customer agrees to cover:

(a) customs duties, VAT, and applicable taxes;

(b) customs clearance and courier service fees;
-
(c) compliance with all local import regulations.
8.3 The entrepreneur is not considered the importer under customs law. Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon shipment.
8.4 While commercial documentation will be provided, the entrepreneur does not guarantee that all local import requirements will be met.
8.5 Customers accept full responsibility for any fines or costs resulting from non-compliance with local import laws.
8.6 Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs authority before placing an order.
Article 9 – CESOP Compliance
As of 2024, the entrepreneur complies with EU regulations requiring transaction data to be recorded in the CESOP system.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
Products must conform to the terms of the agreement.
Any defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of receipt.
Returned products must be sent in their original packaging.
Article 11 – Delivery
Delivery will take place within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
In case of delay, the customer will be notified within 14 days.
The customer is responsible for all import procedures.
The entrepreneur is not liable for delays due to customs processing.
Non-compliance with import regulations is not grounds for a refund.
Article 12 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering the issue.
A response will be provided within 14 days. If more time is needed, the customer will be informed accordingly.
Article 13 – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
The entrepreneur and customer will attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
